If you drive up the Fanad peninsula, by Lough Swilly in Ireland’s County Donegal, you eventually end up at Fanad Head. It is a dramatic rocky promontory, topped with a white lighthouse. From Fanad Head, you can watch the Atlantic ocean beating against the marbled red-brown rocks for hours on end, or explore the rock pools. There’s little else to do there, as the lighthouse itself is closed to the public, and there are no other facilities in the area. Take a picnic … and a make sure you go to the loo before you set off.
Hi,
After a visit to Fanad Lighthouse in the summer, I was wanting to buy a photograph . Do you sell any photos and if so, could you get back to me with a price and how I could order it.
Many thanks Margretta Marshall
