Dusk at Bassenthwaite Lake
I’m still not sure if it was worth the walk to this spot, on the banks of Bassenthwaite Lake, in Cumbria. It had rained for the past few days, and the ground was like chocolate cake. After a few dead-ends on our walk, we arrived here, just before sunset. I should have photographed my feet too.
