I really shouldn’t be telling you this. The long beach at Aberdyfi (Wales) is usually deserted. You can walk for a couple of miles from Aberdovey to Tywyn and only come across a dog-walker or two. And, although far from tropical, the weather has usually been kind to me, all year round.
