Piece Hall, Halifax
I’ll admit that Piece Hall in Halifax doesn’t conjure thoughts of smokey Victorian markets. It actually reminds me of huge stacks of second-hand records, and hours of feverish browsing. Now the shop has moved to Huddersfield, the only reason for me to visit is its amazing architecture.
